Zurn: Spindle tooling designed to meet the needs of the latest machining centres.                         

The ER collet chuck system (DIN6499) can be used for drilling, milling and tapping on all types of machines. A sealing disc system for standard collet chucks is available for through coolant drills. High performance bearing nuts provide exceptional security even when heavy-duty milling is involved. These features make our collet chucks one of the most versatile and economical ways of tooling.  Zurn also offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of quality VDI tooling, held in large stocks in the UK.
Zurn's latest development is shrink fit chucks with coolant channel for tools with internal coolant supply.

PCM UK have been agents for PCM Willen S.A., Switzerland, for more than 30 years representing their high quality and precision range including driven tooling, straight-shank collet holders, broaching system, tapping heads, and the unique patented Tapping Collet.

MPC's Grippex coolant operated automatic bar puller for CNC lathes. MPC have recently developed a revolutionary type of bar puller, named the "Crocodile " which will reduce component production times substantially on lathes not already fitted with a bar feed system. Tests have shown that in operation the tool enables feeding of the bar within 1,5 to 2 seconds after the previous parting off and spindle stop operations.
